How to obtain memberships and licenses

I am an individual without TIPA® certification

I am a TIPA® Assessor for ITIL or TIPA® Lead Assessor

I represent an organization wanting to provide TIPA® services to clients

I represent an organization wanting to provide TIPA® Training

I do not have a TIPA® certification

Access to the TIPA Professional Membership is restricted to individuals who have completed certification courses and exams and wish to be recognized as TIPA professionals. To obtain a TIPA® membership and gain access to the TIPA® Toolbox, you must attend TIPA® training at a registered TIPA® Training Partner. A list of announced TIPA® Training classes can be found in the Global Training Calendar.

After you have passed the exam, you will be awarded a coupon code that amounts to one year of free TIPA® Professional Membership when registering on TIPAonline.org. Please use the contact form here to request further information.

I am a TIPA® Assessor for ITIL or TIPA® Lead Assessor

Please login to TIPAonline.org. If you currently don’t have a valid membership, you should see a shopping cart in the left side menu . That’s where you can renew your TIPA® Professional Membership. When you buy this Professional Membership, you will be re-instated as a TIPA® Professional Member in good standing, and you will have access to all the TIPA® resources on TIPAonline.org.

If you have forgotten your password, or if you never logged into TIPAonline before, please reset your password on the login page. A link to password reset will be mailed to the email address registered on TIPAonline. If you don’t have access to the email address used to register on TIPAonline, please contact us using the contact form here. We will then assist you in re-establishing your status as member. Please be prepared to provide evidence on certification (copy of certificate) and to answer control questions based on information registered on you in TIPAonline.

I represent an organization wanting to provide TIPA® services to clients

To offer TIPA® services to clients, your organization must register for a Commercial License. This is done using the contact form here, and we will contact you in order to evaluate your request and set up a Consulting License for your organization.

Please note, that an organization with a Commercial License can offer TIPA® services to clients, but the TIPA® services must be provided by TIPA® Assessors for ITIL and TIPA® Lead Assessors holding active Professional Memberships.

I represent an organization wanting to provide TIPA® Training

A TIPA® Training Partner is allowed to market, arrange and execute TIPA® Training. The actual training must be provided by a certified TIPA® Trainer either employed by the training organization or hired on a free-lance basis. Please contact us using the form here to request a Training License. Open course training must be published on the Global Course Calendar on TIPAonline.
