The use of the toolbox is framed by the TIPA® for ITIL® Sample Toolbox License Agreement. As we offer you a free license to use the toolbox we need to know who you are to keep a registry of all the licenses granted.
The toolbox will be sent to your email address to make sure you are a real user. Your email address will not be used for marketing purposes except if you give explicit consent to do so.
