How to get certified?
The TIPA Lead Assessor certification is designed for people who will lead an IT Process assessment using TIPA. Certified TIPA Lead Assessors understand and are able to master all aspects of a TIPA assessment project. The certification is open for professionals who are certified TIPA Assessor already. The steps involved in getting certified are:
Take the 'TIPA Lead Assessor' course
This 2-day course equips the participant with the ability to lead a process assessment project based on the TIPA framework. The course enables participants to collaborate with executive and top management to define the scope and plan of an assessment project, and define the project assessment team structure. At the end of the course, participants will be able to use the TIPA tools to monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle, ensure quality of the assessment and present results and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders. The course and exam are delivered worldwide by authorized training organizations.
Pass the exam and get certified
The certification is awarded to those who complete the course ‘TIPA Lead Assessor’ and successfully pass the relevant examination. The exam is closed book, multiple choice, scenario based and gradient scored, and can be taken at the end of the three day course.
